The subject of the project is a load-bearing construction of a new building consisting of 3 underground floors which is connected to the adjacent building “Administrative building no. 2”.
It is connected to the adjacent construction „NKP Heating plant I.“ as well by means of underground technological channels and a connecting corridor.
The load-bearing construction consists of a load-bearing pillar wall system from combined reinforced concrete with non-perforated ceiling tiles having basic module grid of 8.1 x 8.1 m and two staircase cores.
Both cores run continuously from the foundation to the roof.
